As part of <strong>the</strong> Smart <strong>Delta</strong> Resources, <strong>the</strong> reth<strong>in</strong>k<strong>in</strong>g<br />
of <strong>in</strong>frastructure and <strong>the</strong> usage of waste streams<br />
is part of a susta<strong>in</strong>able future. The hydrogen pipel<strong>in</strong>e<br />
between Dow and Yara is <strong>the</strong> start of a process<br />
<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> Ne<strong>the</strong>rlands and Flanders which can extend<br />
between different companies. By transport<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong><br />
hydrogen from Dow, where it is now extracted from<br />
<strong>the</strong>ir production process, to Yara, where it is used as<br />
a raw material, a circular <strong>in</strong>itiative is made. Yara found<br />
hydrogen closeby <strong>in</strong>stead of import<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> hydrogen<br />
via sea. In <strong>the</strong> future, o<strong>the</strong>r companies can attach<br />
<strong>the</strong>mselves to <strong>the</strong> pipel<strong>in</strong>e.<br />
“This is <strong>the</strong> first time that an exist<strong>in</strong>g ma<strong>in</strong> gas<br />
transport pipel<strong>in</strong>e has been modified for hydrogen<br />
