These three topics were discussed with<strong>in</strong> three separated<br />
work<strong>in</strong>g tables, <strong>in</strong> which a small selection of<br />
<strong>the</strong> <strong><strong>in</strong>itiatives</strong> considered <strong>the</strong> ‘best of’, analyzed dur<strong>in</strong>g<br />
<strong>the</strong> first phase of benchmark<strong>in</strong>g, were used to<br />
deepen <strong>the</strong> understand<strong>in</strong>g of <strong>the</strong> topics toge<strong>the</strong>r with<br />
<strong>the</strong> aim of use <strong>the</strong>m as an exemplar cases of activation<br />
on field. Quickly, <strong>the</strong> discussion shifted towards<br />
more general and <strong>in</strong>terdependent challenges and<br />
bottlenecks that different parties at <strong>the</strong> city port level<br />
have to face. These comments and <strong>in</strong>sights were<br />
<strong>the</strong> start<strong>in</strong>g po<strong>in</strong>t for <strong>the</strong> reveal<strong>in</strong>g of <strong>the</strong> 7 ‘key issues’<br />
discussed dur<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> follow<strong>in</strong>g Work<strong>in</strong>g session.
