The Dyeann B. & Henry H. Jordan II Theatre<br />

Scholarship assists theatre majors. Application<br />

is made through the theatre department.<br />

The John Council Joyner Sr. Scholarship is<br />

awarded based on merit and need to a North<br />

Carolinian.<br />

The Rhoda C. & Davin E. Juckett Scholarship assists<br />

needy students with a GPA of at least 2.8.<br />

The Jay H. Kegerreis Scholarship assists continuing<br />

students having a 3.0 grade point average,<br />

high moral character, and a willingness to<br />

work diligently and to make personal sacrifices<br />

to attend college.<br />

The J. Lee Keiger Sr. Scholarship assists North<br />

Carolinians with preference to students from<br />

the ALLTEL-Carolina Telephone Company<br />

service region.<br />

The Senah C. & C. A. Kent Scholarships are<br />

awarded on the basis of leadership, merit, and<br />

need. The scholarship committee nominates<br />

recipients and provides an application to be<br />

submitted to the Kent Foundation.<br />

The George Yancey Kerr & Albert Yancey Kerr<br />

Scholarship assists needy students.<br />

The Alice Caldwell Ketner Scholarship, established<br />

by Henry Ernest Ketner, assists needy<br />

students, with preference to males from<br />

Rowan and Cabarrus Counties, NC.<br />

The Connie Williams King Scholarship assists<br />

residents of Nashville, TN, or Davidson<br />

County, TN, with preference to needy<br />

students.<br />

The Kirkpatrick-Howell Memorial Scholarship<br />

assists members of the Sigma Chi Fraternity,<br />

or other students upon recommendation by<br />

the Kirkpatrick-Howell Memorial Scholarship<br />

Board.<br />

The Krahnert-Cantin Family Scholarship assists<br />

needy students, with preference to residents<br />

of North Carolina or New Jersey who have<br />

indicated that <strong>Wake</strong> <strong>Forest</strong> is their preferred<br />

choice.<br />

The Roena B. & Petro Kulynych Scholarship assists<br />

needy students, with preference first to<br />

students from Wilkes County, NC, and second<br />

to students from Avery County, NC.<br />

The Kutteh Family Scholarship assists needy<br />

students with strong preference first to students<br />

from Iredell County, NC, and second to<br />

students from its contiguous counties.<br />

The Randall D. Ledford Scholarship assists physics<br />

majors.<br />

The E. Carwile & Garnette Hughes LeRoy<br />

Scholarship assists needy students from Bertie,<br />

Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Hertford, Hyde,<br />

Gates, Martin, Northampton, Perquimans,<br />

Pasquotank, Tyrell, or Washington Counties,<br />

NC.<br />

The Charles L. Little Scholarship assists students<br />

with ability and need.<br />

The Thomas D. & Betty H. Long Scholarship assists<br />

needy students, with preference to those<br />

from Person County, NC, and second to other<br />

North Carolinians.<br />
