Based on our work, we did not identify any material anomalies likely to call into question the fact that the social and environmental data<br />

examined disclosed in the Social and Environmental <strong>report</strong> included in the Board of Directors <strong>report</strong> for <strong>2008</strong> and which are identifi ed in the<br />

<strong>report</strong> by the symbol � on pages 121-136, were established, in all material respects, in accordance with the guidelines mentioned.<br />

(1) Social indicators: workforce at 31 December; workforce by gender; number of hours of training, frequency and severity rates of <strong>VINCI</strong> employees’ work-place accidents involving time off work.<br />

<strong>VINCI</strong> Autoroutes environmental indicators: consumption of water purchased, electricity consumption, fuel consumption, heating oil consumption, household waste management.<br />

<strong>VINCI</strong> Energies environmental indicators: consumption of water purchased, electricity consumption, fuel consumption, heating oil consumption, percentage of revenue certifi ed ISO 14001.<br />

(2) <strong>VINCI</strong> Construction: GTM Bâtiment (France), CFE (Belgium); <strong>VINCI</strong> Concessions: Cofi route (France); <strong>VINCI</strong> Energies: Northern operational division (France) and the complete division.<br />

(3) Cofi route: operational centers at Chambray, Monnaie, Le Mans and Laval; ASF: districts of Orange and Valence, Montélimar center; Escota: Côte d’Azur sector and DEX maintenance department.<br />
