“We have taken all due care to ensure that, to the best of our knowledge, the information presented in this registration document gives a true<br />
and fair view and that there are no omissions likely to aff ect materially the meaning of the said information.<br />
We confi rm that, to the best of our knowledge, the fi nancial statements have been prepared in compliance with applicable accounting standards<br />
and give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, fi nancial position and profi t or loss of the Company and all consolidated subsidiaries.<br />
We also confi rm that the Report of the Board of Directors which starts on page 94 presents a true and fair view of business developments,<br />
the results and the fi nancial position of the Company and all consolidated subsidiaries, as well as a description of the principal risks and<br />
uncertainties that they face.<br />
We have received from the Statutory Auditors a letter <strong>report</strong>ing on the completion of their audit work and stating that they have verifi ed the<br />
