a) Fair values of financial assets or liabilities
The fair values of financial assets or liabilities traded on active liquid markets are
fixed according to the prices quoted in those markets. If the market for a financial
asset is not active or no market price is available, fair values are determined in
accordance with generally accepted pricing valuation techniques which include
discounted cash flows, standard valuation models based on market parameters,
dealer quotes and use of comparable arm’s length transactions.
