On December 31, 2010, indirectly through its subsidiary Amadeus Americas Inc., the
Group has sold 100% of its equity stake in Vacation.com and its controlled
subsidiaries for an estimated amount of KUSD 24,479 (KEUR 18,320). This
subsidiary was presented as held for sale at the end of 2008.
