in accordance with §45.403(c) of this chapter (relating to Denial of a CLASS Program Service).<br />
[begin addition] §45.218. Service Limits.<br />
(a) The service limits listed in subsection (b) of this section are in effect through August 31,<br />
2013.<br />
(b) Subject to an exception granted by DADS in accordance with §45.219 of this division<br />
(relating to Exception to Service Limits), the following limits apply to an individual's services:<br />
(1) An individual may receive, during an IPC period, adaptive aids <strong>and</strong> dental treatment<br />
having a maximum combined cost of $6,935.<br />
(2) An individual may receive a maximum of 192 hours of behavioral support during an<br />
IPC period.<br />
(3) An individual may receive a maximum of 3,312 hours of habilitation during an IPC<br />
period.<br />
(4) During the time period an individual is enrolled in the CLASS Program, an individual<br />
may receive minor home modifications that have a maximum cost of $7,515, which may be paid<br />
in one or more IPC periods. After reaching the maximum cost of $7,515, an individual may<br />
receive, during an IPC period, a maximum of $300 for repair <strong>and</strong> maintenance of a minor home<br />
modification purchased through the CLASS Program needed after one year has elapsed from the<br />
date the minor home modification is complete.<br />
(5) An individual may receive a maximum of 83 hours of occupational therapy during an<br />
IPC period.<br />
(6) An individual may receive a maximum of 91 hours of physical therapy during an IPC<br />
period.<br />
(7) An individual may receive prevocational services having a maximum cost of $13,965<br />
during an IPC period.<br />
(8) An individual may receive a maximum of 29 days of in-home respite <strong>and</strong> out-of-home<br />
respite, combined, during an IPC period.<br />
(9) An individual may receive a maximum of 56 hours of speech therapy during an IPC<br />
period.<br />
(10) An individual may receive, during an IPC period, aquatic therapy, hippotherapy,<br />
massage therapy, music therapy, recreational therapy, <strong>and</strong> therapeutic horseback riding having a<br />
maximum combined cost of $10,118.<br />
(c) In accordance with §62.5(c) <strong>and</strong> (d) of this title (relating to Service Description), an<br />
