§48.6084. Service [begin addition] Limits <strong>and</strong> Claim Limits.<br />

(a) [begin addition] Service limits.<br />

(1) The limits to an individual's services listed in paragraph (2) of this section are in effect<br />

through August 31, 2013.<br />

(2) Subject to an exception granted by DADS in accordance with §48.6085 of this<br />

subchapter (relating to Exception to Service Limit), the following limits apply to an individual's<br />

services:<br />

(A) An individual may receive, during an ISP year, adaptive aids having a maximum cost of<br />

$2,050.<br />

(B) An individual may receive, during an ISP year, general dentistry services <strong>and</strong> the services<br />

of an oral <strong>and</strong> maxillofacial surgeon having a maximum combined cost of $4,675.<br />

(C) An individual may receive, during an ISP year, medical supplies having a maximum cost<br />

of $1,736.<br />

(D) During the time period an individual is enrolled in the CBA Program, an individual may<br />

receive minor home modifications that have a maximum cost of $6,550, which may be paid in<br />

one or more ISP years.<br />

(E) An individual may receive a maximum of 24 days of respite during an ISP year.<br />

(F) The maximum number of hours of a specialized therapy that an individual may receive<br />

during an ISP year is as follows:<br />

(i) for occupational therapy, 61 hours;<br />

(ii) for physical therapy, 86 hours; <strong>and</strong><br />

(iii) for speech, hearing, <strong>and</strong> language therapy, 69 hours.<br />

(G) An individual may receive a maximum of 2,135 hours of PAS during an ISP year.<br />

(3) Not subject to an exception granted by DADS, an individual may receive, during an<br />

ISP year, a maximum of $300 for repair <strong>and</strong> maintenance of a minor home modification.<br />

(4) In accordance with §62.5(c) <strong>and</strong> (d) of this title (relating to Service Description), an<br />

individual may receive a maximum of $2,500 of transition assistance services.<br />

(5) Effective September 1, 2013, the following limits apply to an individual:<br />

(A) For adaptive aids <strong>and</strong> medical supplies, minor home modifications, <strong>and</strong> respite during an<br />
