evised IPC contains information identical to that on the original proposed renewal or revised<br />

IPC [begin addition] ; <strong>and</strong><br />

(D) if the IPC includes a service component that has a service limit described in §9.192(b) of<br />

this subchapter (relating to Service Limits) <strong>and</strong> the service limit is exceeded:<br />

(i) submit to DADS a completed Request for an Exception to Service Limit as required by<br />

§9.193(c) of this subchapter (relating to Exception to Service Limits); <strong>and</strong><br />

(ii) keep a copy of the completed form in the individual's record. [end addition]<br />

(3) The service coordinator must review the electronically transmitted proposed renewal or<br />

revised IPC <strong>and</strong>:<br />

(A) enter the service coordinator's name <strong>and</strong> date in CARE;<br />

(B) enter in CARE whether the service coordinator agrees or disagrees that the requirements<br />

described in §9.159(c) of this subchapter (relating to IPC) have been met; <strong>and</strong><br />

(C) if the service coordinator disagrees that the requirements described in §9.159(c) of this<br />

subchapter have been met, notify the individual or LAR, the program provider, <strong>and</strong> DADS of the<br />

service coordinator's disagreement in accordance with [begin addition] DADS [end addition]<br />

[begin deletion] DADS' [end deletion] instructions.<br />

[begin addition] §9.192. Service Limits.<br />

(a) The service limits listed in subsection (b) of this section are in effect through August 31,<br />

2013.<br />

(b) Subject to an exception granted by DADS in accordance with §9.193 of this subchapter<br />

(relating to Exception to Service Limits), the following limits apply to an individual's services:<br />

(1) An individual may receive, during an IPC year, adaptive aids having a maximum cost<br />

of $1,057. The program provider may request, in accordance with the HCS Program Billing<br />

Guidelines, authorization of a requisition fee that is in addition to the $1,057 service limit.<br />

(2) The maximum number of hours of a specialized therapy that an individual may receive<br />

during an IPC year is as follows:<br />

(A) for audiology, three hours;<br />

(B) for behavioral support, ten hours;<br />

(C) for dietary services, three hours;<br />

(D) for occupational therapy services, eight hours;<br />
