StacKpole, ^McEvoy, Plckett and Vice-president Melley present.
Reading of records commenced; further reading dispensed with
under a suspension of the rules and records approved by yea and nay vote, Al-
dermen Kingston, Moynihan, Moran, Hall, Murray, Faulkner, Stackpole, McEvoy,
Pickett, Vice-president Melley and the President, 11, voting in the affirma-
tive*
JURORS
A venire being received for the drawing of Jurors, in the ab-
sence of his honor the Mayor, President Palmer met with the Board for the pur-
pose of drawing jurors.
Received a venire for the drawing of five men to serve as
traverse Jurors at the Superior Court to be holden at Cambridge, the persons
so drawn to appear and attend the first session of said court on Monday, the
first day of June 19^2, at 10 a.m. (Criminal business)
The box containing the names being shaken and the slips or
ballots bearing the names being mixed, Aldermen Hall and Murray being desig-
nated for that purpose, drew from the box and read aloud names as follows:

The slips or ballots bearing the names were passed by the Al-
dermen to the President, who verified the names and passed them to the City
Clerk who also verified the names by reading them aloud from said slips or
ballots which were then duly endorsed and returned to the Jury box.
