release shall not affect or release the liability of the said surety on account
of any obligation arising in connection with said bond prior to the
date of the approval of this order by the Mayor.
Transfer permit having been granted to Henry J. McGovern and new
bond having been filed with The Century Indemnity Company, the license
granted to Willow Oarages, Inc. for a swing arm. over the sidewalk at Willow
Ave. at lots 1 & 2 Morrison Ave. Is hereby revoked.
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor the City Clerk is here
by directed to forward a copy of this order to the surety company above-mentioned.

liability as surety _on_sald bond, provided, however, that this release shall
not affect or release the liability of the said surety on account of any obligation
arising in connection with said bond prior to the date of the approval
of this order by the Mayor.
A new permit having been granted to Hamlet Food Shoppe by Peter
Toumbakis and new bond having been filed with the National Casualty Company,
the license granted to Hamlet Food Shoppe by Martin Mancherion for a sign
over the sidewalk at 2> Highland Avenue is hereby revoked.
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor, the City Clerk is
hereby directed to forward a copy of this order to the surety company above
mentioned.
