Accepted with regrets.
ELECTION
The resignation of Alderman Stackpole having been accepted,
Margaret R. Stackpole was nominated to fill the vacancy. Nominations were
closed and a roll-call vote taken, Margaret R. Stackpole received 10 votes
and was declared elected, immediately took the oath of office, adminstered
by the City Clerk and took her seat.
REPORTS OF COMMITTEES
Petition Boston Edison Co* for location for conduits and man-
holes McGrath Highway, was taken from Committee on Electric Lines and Lights
A motion was made that petition be granted. Aid. Moran invoked Section 15
and further action delayed.
