of this order by the Mayor.
A new permit 'having been granted to Paramount Beverage Co. and new
bond having been filed with The Century Indemnity Company, the license grantee
to Sadie Banker for a sign over the sidewalk at 225 Elm Street is hereby revoked.
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor, the City Clerk is
hereby directed to forward a copy of this order to the surety company abovementioned.

That the Maryland Casualty Company, the surety
on marquee permit bond (#1-2303) said bond being given to secure the Citv of
Soraerville on account of a license issued on order of Board of Aldermen to
E. M. Loew's Inc. for a marquee over the sidewalk at corner of Day and Herbert
Streets on March 2, 1937i be and It hereby Is released from further liability
as surety on said bond, provided, however, that this release shall not
affect or release the liability of the said surety on account of any obligation
arising in connection with said bond prior to May 27, 19^2, a new bond
having been filed on that date.
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor, the City Clerk is
hereby directed to forward a copy of this order to the surety company abovementioned.

at 301 Broadway on April S, 1937i be and it hereby is released from further
liability as surety on said bond, provided, however, that this release shall
not affect or release the liability of the said surety on account of any obligation
arising in connection with said bond prior to the date of the approval
of this order by the Mayor.
The said sign having been taken down, the license granted to The
E.E.I11. Co. of Boston for a sign over the sidewalk at 301 Broadway is hereby
revoked.
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor, the City Clerk is
hereby directed to forward a copy of this order to the surety company above
mentioned".
