Treasurer to borrow the sum of two hundred thousand dollarsCi?20Q,000.00)in accordance
with the provisions of Chapter 92,of the Acts of 19*11, the Relief ActJ
Proceeds of this loan are to be used to pay the City's share of all
W.P.A. projects with the exception of water projects from January 1st to June
30,19^2.

It is hereby ordered that the City Treasurer,
with the approval of the Mayor, be and hereby is authorized to borrow the sum
of two hundred thousand dollars ('^200,000*00) under the provisions of Chapter
92, Acts of
The proceeds of this loan are to be used to carry on the City's share
of W.P.A. projects for supervision, materials, administration costs, personal
services of engineering parties, watchmen, draftsmen, custodians, carfares for
various supervisors and nurses, all rental for halls, office quarters, repairs
on equipment, messengers 1 carfares and all other W.P.A. activities and local
telephone calls.
Mayor's communication having been considered in committee, this
order read once and passed to second reading by unanimous voice vote. Roll
call vote (10 yes, 0 no, 1 absent) taken on allowing second reading. Order
read twice. Roll call vote taken on final adoption. 10 yes, 0 no, 1 absent.
Order was read twice and adopted. A motion to'reconsider failed.
