istabllshing the position of Superintendent of the Sanitary Department as
Civil Service, and be it further

That they support the Candidacy of John F.
Meskell, the present superintendent, who has efficiently and creditably per-
formed the duties for the prescribed number of years as required by Statute.

Ordered:
That the Building Commssioner immediately brick
in the entrance of polling booth at the Gllnes School where the window now is
located,and remove from rear High School the gates not now being used and
place same at entrance to G-lines School yard. Same to be locked at darkness.
