On October l^th, 19^2, I wrote you to the effect that an estimated
sura of $1200.00 would be required for the anticipated expense of materials,
supplies and the repair of equipment for the balance of. 19^2 on the
Highway-Sidewalks Maintenance Account, Ordinary Maintenance and Labor Account
If you will recall I stated on that date we anticipated a
saving on men out on compensation, (labor account) and that a proportional
part of that deficit would be made up.
We find, however, that three of these men returned to work
several weeks ago, which of course, creates a deficit on our earlier estimate
I therefore estimate that the sum of $750*00 will be required
to pay current bills for the balance of this year.
