In accordance with the attached-request from the Chief of the Fire
Department, I respectfully request your Honorable Board to authorize the retirement
of Everett W. Bray, a member of the Repair Shop, to become effective
from 12.01 A.M. Sunday, March gth.
This retirement is made under the provisions of Chapter 32, Section
20, as most recently amended by Chapter 102, Section 2 of the'Acts of 1937 of
the General Laws.

In accordance with General Laws, Chapter #32, Section $50 as most
recently amended by Chapter 102, Section #g of the Acts of 1937, I hereby ask
your approval of ray action to place upon the pension roll of the City of Somerville,
Everett W. Bray a member of Repair Shop, this Department, he having
reached the age of 70 years February 17, 19^2 and that he shall receive onehalf
of the compensation received by him at time of retirement, i.e. $3.00
per day.
His pension to be effective from 12-01 A.M. Sunday, March 2, 19^2.
