In accordance with the attached-request from the Chief <strong>of</strong> the Fire<br />

Department, I respectfully request your Honorable Board to authorize the retirement<br />

<strong>of</strong> Everett W. Bray, a member <strong>of</strong> the Repair Shop, to become effective<br />

from 12.01 A.M. Sunday, March gth.<br />

This retirement is made under the provisions <strong>of</strong> Chapter 32, Section<br />

20, as most recently amended by Chapter 102, Section 2 <strong>of</strong> the'Acts <strong>of</strong> 1937 <strong>of</strong><br />

the General Laws.<br />

In accordance with General Laws, Chapter #32, Section $50 as most<br />

recently amended by Chapter 102, Section #g <strong>of</strong> the Acts <strong>of</strong> 1937, I hereby ask<br />

your approval <strong>of</strong> ray action to place upon the pension roll <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Somerville</strong>,<br />

Everett W. Bray a member <strong>of</strong> Repair Shop, this Department, he having<br />

reached the age <strong>of</strong> 70 years February 17, 19^2 and that he shall receive onehalf<br />

<strong>of</strong> the compensation received by him at time <strong>of</strong> retirement, i.e. $3.00<br />

per day.<br />

His pension to be effective from 12-01 A.M. Sunday, March 2, 19^2.<br />
