Aldermen Kingston, Moynlhan , Moran, Hall, Murray, Faulkner,.
Stackpole, McEvoy and Vice-president Melley present.
Reading of records commenced; further reading dispensed with
under a suspension of the rules and records approved by yea and nay vote, Al
dermen Kingston, Moran, Hall, Murray, Faulkner and President Palmer, 6, vot-
ing in the affirmative; Aldermen Moynihan, Stackpole, McEvoy, Pickett and
Vice-president Melley, 5» being absent at this stage of the meeting.
HEARING
Due notice having been given by the City Clerk in the manner
provided by law and provided by ordinance, a hearing was given for all per-
sons desiring to be heard on petition of Beacon Auto parts Inc. for addition-
al location for second hand auto dealer, Webster Ave. John Murphy of 9 Con-
cord Ave. appeared in objection. No other persons Interested, appearing and
desiring to be heard, the hearing was closed.
