place be torn down immediately and if it is Impossible for the Commissioner<br />

<strong>of</strong> Public Buildings to arrange to do this, he is further directed to report<br />

his reasons to this Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen at its next regular meeting on February<br />

26th- His honor the Mayor is requested to arrange for a supplementary budget,<br />

<strong>of</strong> $2500. for a demolition expense account.<br />
