the name of The Fabric Salesmen's Association of Boston Inc. for the purpose
of the following: To provide a place to hold meetings and to perform and en-
courage social, educational and civic activities; to promote a spirit of fel-
lowship and service among its members; and to do all things necessary and in-
cidental thereto permissible under chapter ISO of the General Laws of Massa-
chusetts. These purooses shall not authorize or permit the sale of alcoholic
beverages or the procurement of a license to sell alcoholic beverages, to be
located in the city of Boston, Mass., said application being accompanied by
a report from the Chief of Police stating that upon investigation he does not
find any record of the above mentioned person ever having been engaged In the
illegal selling of intoxicating liquors or in the keeping of places or tene-
ments for the purpose of illegal gaming or in any other business prohibited
by law, and that he is a person of good repute.
