I respectfully recommend that the sum of $l,06o.QO be added
to Highways - Sidewalks Maintenance Account - Personal Service Account bookkeeper
(Charles H. Kaula), the estimated expense to be Incurred for six months
from July 1st, 1942.
The original estimate was $2,120.00 for 19*1-2, which was cut to
$1,060.00 to cover the period to July 1st, 19^2, and in view of the fact
Mr. KaMla has been granted a six months extension of employment from July
1st, 19^2, I make this recommendation for sufficient funds in the Highways-
