Stackpole, McEvoy, Pickett and Vice-president Melley present.
Reading of records commenced; further reading dispensed with
under a suspension of the rules and records approved by yea and nay vote, Al-
dermen Kingston, Moynihan, Moran, Hall, Murray, Faulkner, Stackpole, McEvoy,
Pickett, Vice-president Melley and the President, 11 voting in the affirma-
tive.
REPORT OF COMMITTEE
The Committee of the Whole on the Mayor's recommendations of
appropriations for 19*J-2t reported recommending the adoption of the accompa-
nying report and order.
