under a suspension <strong>of</strong> the rules and records approved by yea and nay vote, Al-<br />

dermen Kingston, Moynihan, Moran, Hall, Murray, Faulkner, Stackpole, McEvoy,<br />

Pickett, Vice-president Melley and the President, 11 voting in the affirma-<br />

tive.<br />

REPORT OF COMMITTEE<br />

The Committee <strong>of</strong> the Whole on the Mayor's recommendations <strong>of</strong><br />

appropriations for 19*J-2t reported recommending the adoption <strong>of</strong> the accompa-<br />

nying report and order.<br />
