questing the Commissioner of Streets, the City Engineer and the Water Commissioner
to state their reasons why the construction work on streets, sidewalks
and other property, carried on by these departments, has not been completed.
For your information and in accordance with this order, I wish to
Inform you that the construction work carried on by the Sewer Division of the
31 ty Engineer's Department has been completed,and the surface of all streets
and sidewalks where this work has been carried on has been replaced.
