on account, <strong>of</strong> a license Issued on order <strong>of</strong> Board <strong>of</strong> Al'dermen fern". P.<br />

provided, however, that this release shall not affect or release the liability<br />

The said awning having been taken down, the license granted to<br />

H.P.Hood & Son for an awning over the sidewalk at 270 Elm Street is hereby<br />

revoked.<br />

Upon the approval <strong>of</strong> this order by the Mayor, the <strong>City</strong> Clerk is<br />

hereby directed to forward a copy <strong>of</strong> this order to the surety company above<br />

mentioned.<br />

<strong>Somerville</strong> on account <strong>of</strong> a license issued on order <strong>of</strong> Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen to<br />

Tfromas Ferland for two awnings over the sidewalk at 153 Washington Street, on<br />

October 25, 193^* be and it hereby is released from further liability as<br />

surety on said bond, provided, however, that this release shall not affect or<br />

release the liability <strong>of</strong> the said surety on account <strong>of</strong> any obligation arising<br />

in connection with said bond prior to the date <strong>of</strong> the approval <strong>of</strong> this order<br />

by the Mayor.<br />

crossing on Park Street by filling in the holes and resurfacing <strong>of</strong> the street.<br />
