Ordered:
That the National Surety Corporation, the surety
on awning permit bond, said bond being_g_iygn_ to secure the City of Somervllle
on account, of a license Issued on order of Board of Al'dermen fern". P.

provided, however, that this release shall not affect or release the liability
of the said surety on account of any obligation arising in connection with
said bond prior to the date of the approval of this order by the Mayor.
The said awning having been taken down, the license granted to
H.P.Hood & Son for an awning over the sidewalk at 270 Elm Street is hereby
revoked.
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor, the City Clerk is
hereby directed to forward a copy of this order to the surety company above
mentioned.

surety on awnings permit bond, said bond being given to secure the City of
Somerville on account of a license issued on order of Board of Aldermen to
Tfromas Ferland for two awnings over the sidewalk at 153 Washington Street, on
October 25, 193^* be and it hereby is released from further liability as
surety on said bond, provided, however, that this release shall not affect or
release the liability of the said surety on account of any obligation arising
in connection with said bond prior to the date of the approval of this order
by the Mayor.
The said awnings having been taken down, the license granted to
Thomas Ferland for two awnings over the sidewalk at 153 Washington Street is
hereby revoked.
Upon the approval of this order by the Mayor, the City Clerk 'is
hereby directed to forward a copy of this order to the surety company above
mentioned.
