Resolved:<br />

That the members <strong>of</strong> this Board <strong>of</strong> Aldermen<br />

go on record as favoring and hereby petition the 19^3 Legislature <strong>of</strong> this<br />

Commonwealth for enactment <strong>of</strong> legislation authorizing an annuity to the widow<br />

<strong>of</strong> Patrick Brady, late employee <strong>of</strong> the Sanitary Department <strong>of</strong> this city, ' who<br />

was killed while doing work in the performance <strong>of</strong> his duties in said depart-<br />

ment, and be it further<br />

House <strong>of</strong> Representatives.<br />

That a copy <strong>of</strong> this resolution be sent to the<br />
