go on record as favoring and hereby petition the 19^3 Legislature of this
Commonwealth for enactment of legislation authorizing an annuity to the widow
of Patrick Brady, late employee of the Sanitary Department of this city, ' who
was killed while doing work in the performance of his duties in said depart-
ment, and be it further
