An introduction of sculpture materials and<br />

as applied to sculpture. This course<br />

Multimedia Portfolio and Resume<br />

Production<br />

3 Units<br />

Prerequisites: ART 162 and ART 253.<br />

Creative organization and presentation of<br />

a body of art/design work exhibiting portfolio-quality<br />

aptitude. CGI (Computer<br />

Graphic Imaging) and traditional art/design<br />

will be included. Portfolio presentation<br />

to include any or all of the following,<br />

based on area of student's expertise:<br />

Print/collateral materials, signage, company<br />

ID, slides, Web page design, video<br />

and audio type, and traditional renderings.<br />

Additionally, compilation of a professional<br />

resume and mock interviews will be completed<br />

by each student. 36 lecture hours,<br />

Art Portfolio and Resume Production<br />

3 Units<br />

Prerequisites: ART 162 and ART 153.<br />

An advanced course to prepare a body of<br />

portfolio quality student art/design work<br />

for the purpose of a job interview or advanced<br />

uni<strong>ver</strong>sity placement. The final<br />

presentation will be based on the students'<br />

area of expertise and may include<br />

advanced levels of traditional and computer<br />

(CGI) art and graphics. Additionally,<br />

the production of a professional appearing<br />

resume plus participation in mock interviews<br />

will be a part of the class. 36 lecture<br />

hours, 72 lab hours.<br />

Motion Picture Appreciation<br />
