Sexual Harassment<br />

It is the policy of the college to<br />

provide a workplace and study<br />

environment free of sexual<br />

harassment. All students should<br />

be aware that the college strongly<br />

disapproves of any conduct that<br />

constitutes sexual harassment<br />

and will take disciplinary measures<br />

to ensure compliance. All<br />

formal complaints will be investigated<br />

and appropriate action<br />

taken. Complaints should be reported<br />

The <strong>Citrus</strong> Community <strong>College</strong><br />

District prohibits the unlawful<br />

possession, use, or distribution of<br />

illicit drugs and alcohol by students<br />

and employees on college<br />

property, and as part of any college<br />

sponsored or sanctioned<br />

event. In addition, the use of to-<br />

bacco is prohibited in all district<br />

buildings and vehicles. (<strong>Citrus</strong><br />

Policy P-4<strong>22</strong>0, Education Code<br />

87335, Standards of Student Conduct,<br />

and U.S. Public Law <strong>10</strong>1-<br />

<strong>22</strong>6).<br />

Any student or employee in violation<br />

of this policy is subject to<br />

disciplinary action up to, and including,<br />

expulsion from college or<br />

termination from employment for<br />

violations of the standard code of<br />

conduct. The decision to take<br />

disciplinary action in any such instance<br />

rests with the Board of<br />

Trustees after consideration of<br />

the recommendation of the Superintendent/President.<br />
