An introduction to motorcycle technology,<br />
this course will offer an o<strong>ver</strong>view of the<br />
evolution of the modern motorcycle from<br />
the machines of the early 20th century to<br />
present. Fundamentals of design and operation<br />
of modern motorcycles will be co<strong>ver</strong>ed<br />
along with basic repair procedures<br />
and manufacturer-specific maintenance<br />
procedures to preserve new vehicle warranty.<br />

enhancements available for motorcycle vehicles.<br />
The subject areas co<strong>ver</strong>ed include<br />
stand-alone engine management systems,<br />
fuel systems, turbo chargers, superchargers,<br />
nitrous oxide, ignition systems, and<br />
the use of the chassis dynamometer as a<br />
