the unique strengths they possess that<br />

will lead toward achieving academic mastery,<br />

career, and life success. Students will<br />

learn how they learn best and utilize this<br />

information to build a personal success<br />

plan. Through an exploration and critical<br />

analysis of the components of a successful<br />

student, students will analyze their reasons<br />

for attending college and develop a<br />

"success plan" that addresses maintaining<br />

motivation, goal setting, improving communication,<br />

and maintaining self-esteem,<br />

detailing how they may o<strong>ver</strong>come obstacles.<br />

that can be immediately and continuously<br />

applied so that students leave<br />
