FUNCIONES ESPECÍFICAS:<br />
a. Apoyar la celeridad <strong>de</strong> la tramitación documentaria.<br />
b. Mantener al día los libros <strong>de</strong> actas <strong>de</strong> las Sesiones <strong>de</strong>l Concejo.<br />
c. Elaboración y digitación <strong>de</strong> los acuerdos <strong>de</strong>l Concejo.<br />
d. Digitación <strong>de</strong> las Normas Administrativas Municipales.<br />
e. Otras <strong>funciones</strong> inherentes al cargo que le <strong>de</strong>signe el Concejo.<br />
RESPONSABILIDADES:<br />
· Es responsable <strong>de</strong>l cumplimiento <strong>de</strong> las <strong>funciones</strong> asignadas y <strong>de</strong> la<br />
conservación y mantenimiento en buen estado <strong>de</strong> los bienes a su cargo.<br />
LINEAS DE DEPENDENCIA Y AUTORIDAD:<br />
· Depen<strong>de</strong> y reporta directamente al Secretario General<br />
· No tiene mando sobre el Personal.<br />
REQUISITOS MINIMOS:<br />
· Capacitación técnica afín al cargo, con experiencia no menor a un (1) año en<br />
cargos similares.<br />
