GROUPE GO SPORT RAPPORT ANNUEL 11 NOUVEAU CONCEPT EN POLE POSITION « Testé en février avec le magasin de Wola Park, au cœur de Varsovie, le nouveau concept de l’enseigne GO Sport s’est révélé très prometteur, ce qui nous a permis d’accélérer son déploiement et de lancer sept autres remodelings. Fin 2010, un tiers du parc fonctionnait sur ce nouveau modèle qui superforme le reste du réseau. Le déploiement du nouveau concept nous permet également d’uniformiser notre parc de magasins, qui était hétérogène suite à la reprise de magasins d’un concurrent fin 2003. Nous n’avons fermé aucun magasin lors des travaux mais travaillé en surface réduite de 50 % : une cloison séparait les travaux du reste du magasin. Notre clientèle nous a suivis. Lors du lancement, nous communiquons localement : distribution de flyers et affichage 4 m x 3 m sur la zone de chalandise, et éventuellement support radio ou presse locale… » MICHAËL LOUF, DIRECTEUR GÉNÉRAL GO SPORT POLOGNE Crash de l’avion présidentiel en avril, inondations historiques de mai et juin… Les évènements dramatiques qui ont touché la Pologne en 2010 se sont bien entendu répercutés sur l’ensemble de l’activité économique du pays et ont fortement impacté les résultats de GO Sport. Par ailleurs, l’ouverture, par un concurrent, de 11 nouveaux points de vente a accru la pression concurrentielle. Néanmoins, grâce à un chiffre d’affaires en hausse de + 12,7 % (à magasins comparables et taux de change constants) au 4 e trimestre, GO Sport Pologne finit l’année en réussissant à pondérer des résultats de croissance négative (–1,8 % à taux de change constants et magasins comparables). Les très bons chiffres du quatrième trimestre attestent du succès de la stratégie choisie, en particulier le déploiement du nouveau concept. Avec 29 % du chiffre d’affaires, contre 25 % fin 2009, la marque propre a atteint le poids ciblé. Autres indices favorables : la hausse du panier moyen de près de 3 %, tirée par l’augmentation du nombre d’articles par ticket, et celle du taux de transformation (+ 5 % en moyenne).
