GROUPE GO SPORT RAPPORT ANNUEL 21 +20 POINTS DE CHIFFRE D’AFFAIRES DANS LES MAGASINS REMODELÉS COURIR DES RÉSULTATS TRÈS PROMETTEURS La relance de la dynamique commerciale se confirme. Après un premier semestre négatif, une très forte accélération des ventes (à magasins comparables) au troisième trimestre (+ 7,9 %) puis au quatrième (+ 17,8 %), portée par le textile et les accessoires, confirme la pertinence des choix effectués par la nouvelle direction. « Nous racontons une nouvelle histoire à nos clients, celle d’une enseigne urbaine, jeune et mode. Nous accueillons dorénavant des grandes marques internationales, comme Nike Sportswear ou adidas Originals, ou encore Puma, Converse, Bensimon, Timberland, Feyue… Nous leur offrons des cocons dédiés pour mettre en valeur leurs produits dans des magasins totalement réorganisés : exit les grands espaces vides, nous avons densifié l’espace avec des vêtements et des accessoires et mis en valeur les chaussures en les présentant sur un mur noir. Les marques et les clients plébiscitent cette évolution. » JACQUES KRAUZE, DIRECTEUR GÉNÉRAL DE COURIR En dix-huit mois, Courir a quitté le marché du sport spécialiste de chaussures au profit d’un mix textile, accessoires et chaussures, qui transforme l’enseigne en fleuron du sport mode , de la basket jeune et urbaine. L’introduction du textile, avec notamment la mise en place de corners dédiés aux grandes marques internationales, la féminisation de l’offre et le renouveau des accessoires (bonneterie, sacs, lacets) constituent les principaux facteurs de la différenciation de l’offre. Ce repositionnement distingue Courir, leader sur le marché de la basket, de ses concurrents, dont l’offre reste très axée sur les chaussures et le masculin. Le nouveau concept, mis en place dans 5 magasins à fin 2010, a rencontré un grand succès : depuis leur réouverture (mi-septembre 2010), ces derniers surperforment d’environ 20 points de croissance le reste du réseau. La rationalisation du parc se poursuit, avec la fermeture de quatorze magasins non rentables et l’ouverture de trois Sport Shoes Department, points de vente accueillant les fins de collection. L’image des magasins Courir, dont un tiers de l’espace était jusqu’à présent occupé par des fins de série, ne peut que s’en trouver améliorée. L’ouverture d’un entrepôt dédié à Courir, situé à Châteauroux, a raccourci les délais de livraison : 50 % du parc est dorénavant livré en J +1.
