What activities or interests are most important to your son/daughter? What made him/her so
passionate about them?
Is he/she currently engaged in any extracurricular activity? If yes, which one? If not, is there a
reason why?
5. Specific goals of the Skills for Adolescence program for last school year Grades 7 or 8 (15 minutes)
Has your son/daughter spoken to you of the Skills for Adolescence program? What has he/she
said?
Reflect on your child’s behaviour when he/she is angry, sad, frustrated. Did you perceive any
changes in these behaviours between the beginning of Grade 7 (or Grade 8) and now? Do you
have an example to relate? If there is a difference, do you think Skills for Adolescence
contributed to it? If yes, in what way?
Think of your child’s behaviour when he/she is happy. Do you see a difference in this behaviour
between the beginning of Grade 7 (or Grade 8) and now? Can you cite an example? If there is
a difference, do you think that Skills for Adolescence may have contributed to it?
Does your son/daughter exhibit any extreme behaviour and take risks? If yes, what does
he/she do? Do you see a difference compared to last year? If there is, do you think that Skills
for Adolescence contributed to it?
Give us an example of a difficult decision that your son/daughter has made. Was there
anything that helped him/her in making this decision?
Does your son/daughter smoke? If yes, since when? What made him/her start? If no, what led
