granfondo d'Italia, la gara
marchigiana richiama
ogni anno gli appassionati
delle ruote grasse. Non
solo una competizione,
ma anche un'occasione
per godersi le meraviglie
del Parco del Conero, tra
mare e collina. Camerano è
zona logistica, di partenza
e di arrivo della gara
che quest'anno si terrà
domenica 18 settembre.

PRIMA SETTIMANA DI SETTEMBRE
Da oltre due decenni, il centro
storico di Camerano si anima con
degustazioni, concerti, spettacoli
e stand di artigianato artistico
per brindare al celebre vino Rosso
Conero prodotto d’eccellenza
delle cantine del territorio.
HIP HOP DA SABATO 1
A DOMENICA 9 LUGLIO
Quest’anno Camerano
ospiterà un festival dedicato
alla cultura hip hop. Durante
le giornate del festival verranno
approfondite la storia
e la cultura hip hop, attraverso
una mostra, workshop,
esibizioni ed un evento
benefico dove le ONLUS
dedicate ai bambini possono
ricevere donazioni e
perseguire la loro missione.
29 AGOSTO
FESTA DEL PATRONO
SAN GIOVANNI BATTISTA
La festa celebra il martirio
di San Giovanni Battista,
fatto decapitare,
secondo la tradizione, da
Re Erode. Spettacolare è
la “contesa del vassoio”
(il quale ricorda il bacile
nel quale fu deposta
la testa del Santo), una
competizione in velocità
tra i rioni del paese.

Camerano is the logistic area,
the starting and finishing area
of the race which this year will
be held on Sunday 18 September.

HIP HOP CULTURE
FESTIVAL 1-7/9 › Camerano
will host a festival dedicated
to the hip hop culture. During
the festival, hip hop history
and culture will be explored
through an exhibition, a
workshop, performances and a
charity event where non-profit
organizations for children could
receive donations and pursue
their mission.

ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST ›
29 AUGUST The celebration
marks the martyrdom of
St. Giovanni the Baptist who,
according to tradition, was
beheaded by King Erode.
A spectacular event is the
“contesa del vassoio” (the
battle of the tray), a running
competition among the town’s
neighbourhoods, named after
the basin where the saint’s
head was laid.

Le sue viti si arrampicano fin su le
pareti del Monte Conero che si tuffa
nell'Adriatico. Doc dal 1967, è il più
rappresentativo vino rosso delle Marche.

Caves of Camerano were
excavated in the 14th
century, but it is also
possible that they are
extensions of older excavations,
places of worship
and defensive works of
