Un Monte a strapiombo sul mare, che
ricava scorci incantevoli e spiagge bellissime.
Un ambiente generoso di calde
atmosfere attraversato da itinerari
escursionistici che strizzano l’occhio al
turismo sostenibile. Un’offerta di tipicità
all’insegna della qualità e tanta storia,
raccontata in ogni angolo del territorio.
Tutto questo è il Parco del Conero, una
gemma incastonata nelle Marche, sulle
sponde dell’Adriatico. Istituito nel 1987
per salvaguardare le ricchezze naturali
e culturali, il Parco Regionale del Conero,
esteso per 6.011 ettari, include gran
parte del territorio di Ancona e delle
cittadine di Camerano, Sirolo e Numana.
Quest’area costiera protetta offre varie
tipologie di paesaggi, tra cui spicca il
Monte Conero, 572 metri di altezza, unico
baluardo roccioso da Trieste al Gargano.

It offers typical aspects of the land full of
quality and history, told in every corner of
the territory. All this is Conero Park, a gem
in the Marche region on the shores of the
Adriatic. Established in 1987 to safeguard its
natural and cultural riches, Conero Regional
Park extends over 6,011 hectares and inclu-
des a large part of the territory of Ancona
and the towns of Camerano, Sirolo and
Numana. This protected coastal area offers
various types of landscapes, including the
572-metre high Monte Conero, which is the
only rocky mountain between Trieste and
Gargano.

NOTE CONERO’S BIRDS OF PREY
Il Conero è considerato il secondo sito
più importante in Italia per la migrazione
primaverile dei rapaci dalle terre africane,
in primavera è possibile partecipare
ad attività di birdwatching arrivando ad
ammirare oltre 1.000 rapaci in un unico
giorno, in particolare Falchi pecchiaioli,
Falchi di palude ed Albanelle, oltre ad
altri uccelli veleggiatori, come ad esempio
le gru e le cicogne.
Conero is the second most important site in
Italy for the spring migration of birds from
African lands. In the spring, you can go birdwatching
and admire more than 1,000 birds
of prey in a single day, especially European
honey buzzards, Western marsh harriers and
Hen Harriers, in addition to other birds such
as cranes and storks.
