14 Herpes genitalis (vervolg)
14.7 Preventie neonatale herpes:*
- bij een primo-infectie in de laatste twee weken van de zwangerschap: sectio caesarea indien de vliezen niet >4
uur gebroken zijn;
- bij recidiverende genitale herpes kan een vaginale partus plaats vinden.
NB Personen met herpes labialis dienen direkt contact met neonaten te vermijden ("kus des doods").
