Spieren hand 1. Extrinsieke spieren: origo buiten de hand. De extensoren passeren met hun pezen thv pols door het retinaculum extensorum in compartimenten. De flexoren passeren aan de volaire zijde van de pols door het retinaculum flexorum in de carpale tunnel (superficialis boven, profundus onder). De flexoren van de pols lopen niet in het retinaculum. 2. Intrinsieke spieren: origo in de hand. Spieren thenar; adductor pollicis; mm lumbricales; mm interossei; spieren hypothenar.
