In the last years, also as a leader of the europemobility.eu project,he is as well involved in developing mobility for VeT researches and activities at EU level.AbstractThis presentation aims to analyze with figures the most up to date VET EU mobility level based on the managementof the activities and experiences of Giovani Crisona sending students and researchers abroadfor educational reasons or hosting them in his country, and on the research results of the Europe Mobility.eu Project, based on the idea that mobility plays a key role on the personal development of the individualsas well as the increase in their chances of employability, and taking into consideration the fact that mobilityin education has a key importance in contributing to the peace in the world. In addition, the Notionof mobility will be focused on within the framework of the education pragmatics and the methodologicalfactors.ÖzetBu sunum, öğrenmede mobilitenin, bireylerin istihdam edilme fırsatlarının artmasında olduğu kadar kişiselgelişimlerinin desteklenmesinde de önemli roller oynadığı fikrine dayanarak ve eğitimde mobilitenin, dünyabarışına kilit önemde katkılarda bulunmakta olduğu gerçeğini dikkate alarak, en güncel VET AB mobilitedüzeyini, rakamlarla, Giovnni Crisona’nın, misafir araştırmacı ve öğrencileri yurt dışına gönderme ya da kendiülkesinde ağırlama etkinliklerini yönetmedeki deneyimlerini ve EuropeMobility.eu (Mobil Avrupa) projesiaraştırma sonuçlarını baz alarak analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca bu sunumda, mobilite kavramı, eğitimpragmatiği ve yöntemsel etmenler bazında mercek altına alınacaktır.Ben İtalyalıyım. Burada, EFVET adına, aslen Brezilya’dabulunan, ama dünyanın pek çok yerinde üyesi olan birşemsiye organizasyonu temsil ediyorum. Aynı zamanda,İtalya’nın yerel bir kurumu olan CSCS’te de görev yapıyorum.Avrupa Komisyonu tarafından, bir genç girişimci ağıiçin düzenlenen ERASMUS programına hizmet eden aracıbir kuruma da resmen atanmış bulunuyorum. Bu sonsöylediğim kurum, Avrupa programları aracılığıyla oluşturulmuşbir ülkeler arası iş dünyası değişim kurumudur.İspanya ve İtalya, girişimciler arasında uluslararası değişimien çok teşvik eden iki ülke konumunda bulunmaktadır.Bir başka deyişle, girişimciler arasında, Avrupa düzeyindeen kalabalık ağı temsil etmekteyiz. Fikrimce, öğrenmedemobilite, İspanya’dan gelen iş arkadaşımın da tanımlamışolduğu gibi, bireylerin yetkinliklerini destekleyen temel birsütun niteliğindedir. Bireyler, istihdam fırsatlarını ve kişiselgelişimlerini hep bu temel koşul yoluyla artırabilirler.Yine fikrimce öğrenmede mobilite, hayat boyu öğrenmeyidestekleyen bir ortamda dünya barışına katkıda bulunmahususunda kilit öneme sahiptir. Gördüğünüz gibi, Tuscany’dekikuruluşumuzun logosunun son kısmında, LeonardoDa Vinci tarafından çizilen Vitruvio adlı adamla birbenzerlik bulunmaktadır. Benim yaşadığım şehrin, Leonardoda Vinci’nin doğduğu ve ismini aldığı küçük şehir Vinciile sınırı bulunmaktadır. İşte bu, bizim hayat boyu öğrenmeyialgılayış biçimimizi yansıtmaktadır.Sempozyumun tanıtım bildirisinde, sempozyumla ulaşılmakistenen nihai hedefin, küresel vatandaşlık profili yaratmakolduğu yazılı olup, sempozyumun amacı ise, bireylerin,dinamik ekonomik taleplere ayak uydurmalarınısağlamak olarak belirtilmiştir. Sempozyum sunumundadeklare edilmekte olan bir başka husus da, bu sempozyumunbir diğer hedefinin bir vizyon yaratmak olduğudur.Bu amaçlar son derece büyük olmakla birlikte, öğrenimortamında çalışan, eğitmen ya da yönetici tüm bireylerI’m from Italy. I represent an umbrella organization calledEFVET which is in Brazil, but has members all over theworld. I am also from a local organization in Italy, whichis called CSCS. I am officially appointed by the EuropeanCommission to an intermediary organization of theERASMUS for young entrepreneurs’ network. The lastone is the across boarder business exchange organizationcreated through European programs. Spain and Italyare the most active countries in provoking exchange betweenentrepreneurs. So, we represent the network withthe highest number of exchanges at the European levelwithin entrepreneurs. I consider that learning mobility, asintroduced by my colleague from Spain, is a fundamentalpillar for people to boost their competencies. They canimprove their personal development and employmentopportunity with this pillar. I consider mobility for learningas a key to pursuing peace in the world throughan environment that supports lifelong learning. As youcan see, in the last part of the logo of our Tuscany organization,there is a similarity with the man Vitruvio,drawn by Leonardo da Vinci. My city has boarders withthe small city called Vinci, where Leonardo was born andwas named after. This represents our concept of lifelonglearning.The ultimate goal declared in the symposium presentationis to create a global citizenship. Also, the purpose is tohelp individuals adapt to the dynamic economic and socialdemands. Another thing that the symposium presentationdeclares is that the aim of this symposium is to createa vision. It’s a very high, but a very nice purpose forsomeone who works in a learning environment as a manageror a teacher. And I’m sure that all the participantsthat are involved in a learning environment take this need166 167
