Avrupa ülkeleri bulunuyor.
Açıkçası, pazar segmentindeki
çeşitliliğimiz ihracattaki sürekliliğimizi
sağlıyor, her ülkenin kendine özgü
avantajları olduğu gibi dönem dönem
ekonomik ve siyasi tehditleri de
olabiliyor. Şunu rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim
ki; son yıllarda yaşadığımız
olumsuzluklar ve durgunluğa
rağmen üyesi bulunduğumuz Türkiye
Makarna Sanayicileri Derneği’nin
de çeşitli girişimleri ve desteğiyle
makarna sanayicileri olarak kapasite
doluluğumuzu devam ettirebiliyoruz.
Yeni bir yılda, yenilenmiş hedeflerimizle,
mevcut pazarlarımızdaki konumumuzu
güçlendirmeyi, bununla beraber yeni
pazarlara ulaşmayı planlıyoruz.
Makarna ile ilgili alışkanlıklarınızı da
konuşalım… Sevdiğiniz bir çeşit var mı?
Yaklaşık 40’a yakın çeşitte makarna
üretimimiz bulunmakta. Üstelik ben,
Genel Müdürlük görevini üstlenmeden
önce 15 yıl üretim müdürü olarak
çalıştım. Dolayısıyla çeşit gözetmeksizin
Mr. Cafer ÖZKAN, who is also acting as
President of the Assembly of Trade and
Industry Chamber of Çankırı is one of
the most well-known names in social
and economic life of Çankırı. Being a
partner of the flour factory of which he
has projected with his own hands once
upon a time as a construction engineer,
today brought him the industrialist
identity. During his industrial career of
36 years, he has been on the list of tax
champions several times. The flour factory
was followed by feed and semolina
factories. In 1983 feed factory, in 1994
the semolina factory and lastly, in 1996
pasta factory began production.
Mrs. Ahu GÜVEN began to work in the
company in 1996, at the same time
with the beginning of pasta factory’s
production, has summed up the first
years as follows:
“We performed our first exports
in 1985 to Algeria. The exports of
semolina, of which we have produced
in our flour factory, was also the
first exports of Çankırı. In 1994,
assembly-line of semolina factory
came to an end and we began trial
production in the same year. We came
to be able to sell semolina in a few
months and then, pasta investment
was realized. We performed our first
pasta exports to Russia Federation
in 1996 and beginning from that
time, we work mainly on pasta and
semolina.” After stating “Our feed and
flour business is also continuing”, Mrs.
GÜVEN adds “We have established
our last investment in 2015. We are
a company producing and selling
for both domestic markest and for
exports.”
I have information about your
trademark TÜRKMEN but what
about Pasta Maria? Could you
mention a little bit about it?
TÜRKMEN is our first registered
trademark. Accompanied to pasta,
with the same trademark our feed
and semolina production is also
in progress. With this trademark
we began pasta production. As an
alternative trademark for pasta,
we have improved Pasta Maria
trademark.
By the way, let’s talk a little bit
about exports…
Currently, we perform exports more
than 40 countries. On the basis of
amount, African countries take the
first place in our exports, whereas
