The two main factors that provide this are; Turkey’s<br />
having the best quality durum wheat in the world and<br />
the modern technological structure of the sector. In<br />
addition to this, it is a great advantage to have the ability<br />
to accumulate and innovate, which enables the world’s<br />
consumers to discover the taste buds and anticipate<br />
