40. Interviewer: Networking means to build up relationship with dedicated people. For instance<br />
you have a network with important managers, decision makers, people who are able to help you to<br />
advance your career.<br />
41. Interviewee: yah. I see. So it is “four”.<br />
42. Interviewer: ok. What about assertiveness?<br />
43. Interviewee: Well. That is quite complicate to be honest with you, because you always need<br />
to balance between being very assertive but, you know, not too much … towards the customer or<br />
towards your peers and managers. Thus, I think it is – I do not know – I think it’s “four”.<br />
44. Interviewer. Understand. … What about project management skills. Was that important for<br />
your career?<br />
45. Interviewee: Well. In my job, yah, I don’t do any kind of project management. Yah. I would<br />
say if I would have done some projects yah, and the ability to manage the projects does have an<br />
importance of “four”.<br />
46. Interviewer: But what is it for you in your career? In your personal career you would rather<br />
rate it as a “one” then as a “four”?<br />
47. Interviewee: Well, …., It is difficult to say, because I never…., but if I have to say at general,<br />
yes, it was a one, because I don’t do any kind of projects here. Yah. But possibly, my projects are …<br />
