49. Interviewee: Well. That is quite important. Errr, … I have to say, in my years, here, I never<br />

save myself, in kind of unfairness. But I see that with other collegues yäh. Well, but if it happen to<br />

me some kind of unfair things, the coping with them is quite important to go along. So – speaking of<br />

myself – I rate with “three”. I would rate as a “three”.<br />

50. Interviewer: fine. What about visibility? Making yourself visible?<br />

51. Interviewee: Well, I think visibility is very similar to actively influence public image and<br />

reputation yah<br />

52. Interviewer: - that is right- yah.<br />

53. Interviewee: so, well I rate “five”. And I think it is was five that the other one as well.<br />

54. Interviewer: yes. Ok. What about self-management? How important was that to advance<br />

your career?<br />

55. Interviewee: Self-management. Well. That is quite important. It is a quite good and important<br />

thing here. I would rate as “four”.<br />

56. Interviewer: fine. What about loyalty? How was that?<br />

57. Interviewee: Well, we miss compliance with policies and procedures now.<br />

58. Interviewer: up, that right. Sorry. I missed that. So, let’s to that first. So tell me about that.<br />

59. Interviewee: haha. Ok. Well the compliance with policies and procedures is between 3 and 4.<br />

Well I would rate with “three”. Sometimes, you need to go near the boundaries. Your know. On the<br />

procedures and policies to get improvements or something. To get benefits of what you do. So I<br />

think it is 3. Yah. Loyalty, loyalty if for sure a “four”.<br />

60. Interviewer: Ok a three for policies and procedures and a four for loyalty. What about<br />

endurance?<br />

61. Interviewee: Endurance, I did not see what you mean.<br />

62. Interviewer: Endurance means that you are persistent, you continue working on something<br />

even though there are obstacles…<br />

63. Interviewee: ah. Ok. Well I think it is four. And the willingness to learn that is definitively a<br />

“four” for my job. Well. For my job it is “five” the willingness to learn. Because if you don’t have the<br />
