In the 4 th week, 5 th week the PPC = 2/3 x100 = 66%, in the 6 th week, 7 th week the PPC= 3/4x100= 75%. %. In the 4 th week, 5 th week the PPC = 2/3 x 100 = 66%, in the 8 th week, 9 th week the PPC= 4/5 x 100 =80%. In the 10 th week the PPC = 80%, in the 11 th week the PPC= 70%. This needs to determine the main reasons of failure.
