The automated cell culture system offers unique features
and many advantages for the development of serumfree
media:
• Reduction of the development periods by more convincing
results.
• Adjusting the optimal concentration of individual substances.
• Comparison of the measurements of competitor products
and recording the results.
• Culture conditions (temperature, CO2-fumigation) can
be continuously changed at any time.
• Complete control of individual batches.
With these new technologies we were not only able to
develop the ready-for-use nutrient solutions (PANSERINseries)
but also a chemically defined serum-substitute
(Panexin NTA and Panexin NTS) as well as a broad range
of serum-free stemcell media (PowerStem-series).

Serumfree nutrient media without animal or human components
resp. proteinfree media are also already available
from PAN-Biotech.
Due to the modern and unique technology for the development
of serumfree media of the 2nd-Generation in many
cases an adaption of the cells to the serumfree culture is
not necessary; with critical cells (primary cells) the cells
slowly adapt to the serumfree conditions with the help of
our detailed records and protocols. We will be pleased to
support you with our expertise.

Die Zellkultursysteme bieten bei der Entwicklung von
serumfreien Medien einzigartige Möglichkeiten und viele
Vorteile:
• Verkürzung der Entwicklungszeiten durch aussagekräftigere
Ergebnisse.
• Einstellen der optimalen Konzentrationen einzelner
Stoffe.

Mit diesen neuen Technologien konnten wir neben der
breiten Palette an gebrauchsfertigen Nährlösungen
(PANSERIN-Serie) auch einen chemisch definierten
Serumersatz (Panexin NTA und Panexin NTS) sowie eine
breite Palette an serumfreien Stammzellmedien
(PowerStem-Serie) entwickeln.
Serumfreie Nährmedien, die komplett ohne tierische oder
humane Komponenten sind bzw. komplett proteinfreie
Medien, sind ebenfalls von PAN-Biotech erhältlich.
Aufgrund der neuen Technologie bei der Entwicklung der
serumfreien Medien der 2. Generation ist in vielen Fällen
keine Adaption der Zellen an die serumfreie Kultur nötig.
Bei anspruchsvollen Zellen (primäre Zellen) können die
Zellen anhand unserer ausführlichen Protokolle schrittweise
an die serumfreien Bedingungen gewöhnt werden. Hier
