each type of cement or mineral admixture<br />

being used. Are the materials being isolated<br />

to prevent intermingling or contamination?<br />

prevent intermingling?<br />

Does the plant maintain separate storage bins<br />

or compartments for each size or type of<br />

aggregate? Are the aggregates tested for<br />

gradation and moisture content?<br />

What is the surface underneath stockpiles?<br />

Soil or paved? Are the stockpiles covered?<br />
