GMHA. Event Fee: T3D/N3D: $450.00 includes stabling, 8/8/11- 8/11/11 Entries without payment will<br />
not be accepted.<br />
1) ENTRIES: 3 Day Event Qualification Requirements: T3D: Horse and Rider must be registered<br />
members of USEA. Horses and riders must have competed in four sanctioned Training Level Horse<br />
Trials, one as a combination meeting the NQR's. For established preliminary riders, the horse must<br />
have completed 2 Training Level Horse Trials meeting the NQR's. N3D: Horses and Riders must have<br />
comleted in four sanctioned Novice level Horse Trials; two events must have been as a combination<br />
for Novice. NQR's: At each event the rider, or horse, or combination must have completed the entire<br />
trails with not more than 50 penalty points in dressage, no cross-country jump penalties and not more<br />
than 36 points time penalties on cross country, and not more than 16 penalties at obstacles in show<br />
jumping. Please fill out experience section. Junior division competitors will be placed on teams. Levels<br />
may be divided/combined as entries warrant and based on the discretion of show management; state<br />
preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry. NOTE: USEA and USEF fees are not included<br />
as part of the entry fee. These association fees must be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees<br />
Enclosed section of the Entry Form, totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event with<br />
your entry. Only <strong>2011</strong> USEA Entry Forms will be accepted. All entries must include a copy of a negative<br />
coggins test dated after 8/1/10, only 3 horses may be competed per rider. Entries without payment<br />
will not be accepted. Entries may not be postmarked prior to the opening date. Entry Confirmation<br />
status will be posted on www.gmhainc.org and www.area1usea.org. Double entries: Not accepted.<br />
Membership: USEA membership required at all levels. N#D entrants are exempt from USEA Starter and<br />
Drug Fees. You will be billed $30 for a non-returned pinny All changes must be made in writing, mail,<br />
fax or email acceptable. There will be a $30 change fee for ANY change to an entry after the closing<br />
date; ex. change of horse or rider, change of division (if space allows), etc. There is a $30 fee for any
