included as part of the entry fee. Stabling: $ 80.00 per night on grounds. Beginner Novice divisions<br />

offered on Saturday and Sunday. Riders PLEASE state day of choice on entry.<br />

1) EntriES: Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN<br />

competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry. $25 charge for lost pinny,<br />

no deposit required. Negative Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. refunds: Before<br />

C.D -Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.Entry-Less $25 office fee ONLY if place can be<br />

filled from a wait list. $25 fee for all changes after closing date or non-negotiable check: Withdrawls<br />

and changes must be in writing, fax or email. No refunds on stabling after closing date. Competition<br />

cancellation-No refund.<br />

2) tEntativE SCHEdULE: Fri: Cross-country course open.-3 pm. Sat: (PT, T and BN)<br />

Dressage-7:30 am; Show Jumping-11 am; Cross-Country immediately following. Wear XC attire to<br />

SJ. Sun: (N and BN) Dressage- 7:30 am; Show Jumping-11 am; Cross-Country immediately following.<br />

Wear XC attire to SJ.<br />

3) aWardS: Prizes & 8 ribbons per division. Special award sponsored by USPC Southeastern New<br />

England Region. USPC Novice competitor closest to Optimum time.
