the secretary. $55.00 per day or $95.00 per weekend (2pm Friday – 6pm Sunday). Stabling only. For
schooling at Morven call (703) 777-2890. No foreign checks. Two bags initial bedding included. 150
perm. stalls at Morven Park. Stall doors provided. Additional shavings available for purchase from
Morven Park. No straw please. Stabling refunds: Full refund before C.D. No refunds after C.D. unless
place can be filled from wait list. No refunds after 5 p.m. Aug. 24. Stabling scratches must be directly

7) DIRECTIONS: To Event Site: Oatlands is 6 mi. south of Leesburg off Rte 15. From North: Rte 15
south from Leesburg approx. 6 mi. Left on Rte 651 – Gap Road for .3 mi. to parking on left. From
South: North on Rte 15 from Rte 50 & Rte 15 intersection approx. 5 mi. Right on Rte 651 – Gap Road
for .3 mi. to parking on left. TO STABLING at Morven Park (North of Leesburg off Rte 15): From
North: Right on Rte 740 - Tutt Lane (1 mi. north of town) 8/10 mi. to drive on left. From South: left
on Rte 740 - Tutt Lane (200 yds. after end of Leesburg Bypass) 8/10 mile to drive on left. DO NOT
follow small historic signs in town of Leesburg for “Morven Park.’
8) DRESSAGE: Test & arena sizes: I-2010 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2010 USEF Preliminary Test
B-Sm. T-2010 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. Arenas and warm-.up: Grass
footing.
9) CROSS-COUNTRY: I-3025 m @ 550 mpm. P-2800 m@ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420 mpm.
N-2000 m at 400 mpm. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level.
10) OTHER INFORMATION: Cross-country course never open for schooling except for scheduled
schooling days: Schooling day to be determined. Watch www.loudounhunt.ponyclub.org for
information and/or will be announced at the event. Levels may be further divided if entries warrant;
state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. Dogs
must be leashed. USEF Rule GR 301.6 $50 fee for lost pinney. Reception at close of cross-country.
COMPETITORS PLEASE NOTE: The Fall Horse Trials are being held at OATLANDS . . . N O T MORVEN
