2) TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Thurs: Barns open 1:00 PM. Cross-country open-3:00 PM Fri:
Dressage-8:00 AM all divisions Sat: Cross-country-9:00 AM all divisions Sun: Show Jumping and
Awards Ceremonies
3) AWARDS: New! North Country Eventing Challenge (NCEC) compete at Otter Creek HT (3
shows) and Roebke's Run HT (2 shows) and have a chance to win over $2000 in cash and prizes! You
can show at any level with the same horse/rider combination. All divisions Ribbons to 8th place and
prizes from 1st - 4th place. ATC-Ribbons to 10th place in all divisions and Team ribbons first - eighth
place. ATC Team prizes sponsored by The Chronicle of the Horse. Special awards for best dressage
score, Best placing ATC team with the highest cumulative age and other fun awards will be presented
on Sunday.
4) STARTING TIMES: Posted on web site: www.ottercreekfarm.com & sent by email.
5) STABLING/VETERINARIAN: 200 10'x10' a few 12'x12' permanent and temp stalls with doors. One
bag of bedding provided. Stabling open 1PM Thursday and close on Sunday 8PM Additional nights
$20. One free night proved for long distance ATC competitors. Clean stall deposit of $25 (checks only!)
will be destroyed if stall is found stripped (not picked) clean. Hay ($7) and bedding ($8) available for
purchase. Veterinarian and Farrier numbers will be posted on the score board and by barns.
6) ACCOMMODATIONS: Americinn Lodge and Suits-715-235-4800 (ask for OCF discounts), Comfort

Inn and Suites 715-235-5664, all located in Menomonie 17 miles from show grounds. Otter Creek Acres
(Cabin) 715-225-7182 3 miles. Limited camper hook-ups $30/night.
7) DIRECTIONS: I-94 to Menomonie,WI take Hwy 25 North for 15 miles to 1170th Ave., turn east
(right). Go straight east for 2 miles. See Otter Creek Farm sign on Hwy 25! Mapquest and GPS

8) DRESSAGE: Test & arena sizes: I-2010 USEF Intermediate Test B-Std. P-2010 USEF Preliminary
Test C-Std. T-2010 USEF Training Test B-Sm. N-2010 USEF Novice Test B-Sm. BN-2010 USEF Beginner
Novice Test B-Sm. Starter-2011 USDF Test C.
9) CROSS-COUNTRY: I-approx. 3400 m @ 550 mpm. P-approx. 3200 m @ 520 mpm. T-approx.
2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-approx. 2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-approx. 1900 m @ 350 mpm/max. New
Starter Course! Easy beginner course hight not over 2'4". All courses: Average, for horses with some
experience at these levels. Terrain: Rolling to hilly terrain with very good sand footing. All courses
spectator friendly!
10) OTHER INFORMATION: Cross-country course open only by appointment. Courses closed August
30th. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section
and birth date on entry. Food provided by Fosters Catering. Watch OCF web for information: www.
ottercreekfarm.com Dogs are welcome but must be leashed. Competitors Party: Saturday evening.
Food, beverages, games and entertainment. One ticket included per entry. Please pre-purchase your
extra meal tickets with your entry cost: $15.00 (with entry) or at the show office by 6pm Friday for $20.
Friday night tailgate get together snacks and beverages. No vehicles on course without permission.
